Sandy Cote, Project Manager



Sandy joined Cityside in September of 2002. She enhances the Cityside staff with her diverse background in marketing, sales, accounting and real estate.

Sandy performed as Contract Manager under MM2 and currently serves as Project Manager under MM3 for area 1P (Michigan).

As Project Manager, Sandy oversees a staff of 25 employees who ensure that departmental contractual obligations with HUD are in compliance and all HUD programs are properly administered.
