Dan Hanson, Vice President of Field Services Operations
Dan joined Cityside Management in July of 2006 and has been on the Management Team since June of 2010.
He has served as a Property Manager and then subsequently as the Assistant Contract Manager for approximately 750 assets for Cityside’s New England HUD M&M II Contract.
Currently, as the Vice President of Field Services Operations, on 5 FSM contracts on HUD M&M III, he is responsible for the supervision of all field service operations.
Dan has developed and implemented systems to both organize and maintain all required electronic and physical files, and currently manages a team to assist with these functions. His department currently maintains a database of approximately 2,500 skilled and capable vendors throughout the country.
