Chris Dolloff, President & CEO

Chris founded Cityside Management Corporation in 1997, and was awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide real estate asset management (REAM) services for the five boroughs of New York City and parts of New York State. Under the requirements of this contract, Cityside successfully performed property management services for an inventory of more than 250 single-family homes in New York City in addition to over 800 single-family homes throughout the State of New York. 

Chris has since been responsible for the top-level management of all aspects of the business including new business development, as well as operational and financial management. 

He has extensive experience in Federal contract procurement, contract management, organizational development, and negotiation of strategic partnerships and alliances.

Chris currently resides in Manchester, NH.
