Chris founded Cityside Management Corporation in 1997, and was awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide real estate asset management (REAM) services for the five boroughs of New York City and parts of New York State. Under the requirements of this contract, Cityside successfully performed property management services for an inventory of more than 250 single-family homes in New York City in addition to over 800 single-family homes throughout the State of New York.
Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer, Lionel began as Cityside's Contract Manager for HUD’s Management and Marketing contract in the States of Louisiana and Arkansas. He worked closely with government officials, lenders, brokers, buyers, appraisers, contractors, property management staff, and other related Real Estate Owned (REO) industry participants to facilitate the organized liquidation of single-family foreclosed government assets.

Lionel Hotard, Chief Operating Officer
