In 1998, Christopher Dolloff formed Cityside Management Corporation in order to apply his property preservation, property maintenance, and marketing experience to a company that would specialize in providing unmatched service to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). To accomplish this goal, Mr. Dolloff assembled a team of individuals with a comprehensive background and prior experience in real estate asset management of government and privately owned properties.
